Vintage Meadows farm in Goshen, IN
Our new facility is a pick up site for local customers every week: Thursday 1-6pm, Friday 10am-3pm, and Saturday from 8-11am.
This is not a public storefront.
All orders must be placed in advance. The order deadline is always Sunday at 11pm. Orders are then picked up the following Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

How to Order for GOSHEN FARM PICKUP
1. Create your account.
Click HERE to create an account. Our Membership Package allows you to purchase all of our products and costs $35/year.
2. Place your order.
Add your desired products to your cart! Your order is not placed until you click “Continue” and “Finish.” You will receive an order confirmation email with the ESTIMATED price within 30 seconds of placing your order. If you do not receive this email, your order did not get placed.
ALL ORDERS ARE DUE THE SUNDAY BEFORE THE PICKUP DATE. You can log in and edit your order until the final order deadline on Sunday at 11 pm.
3. Pay for your order.
Your card will not be charged until 1-2 days prior to pick up. Be sure to have a working card on file with sufficient funds. You’ll receive another email letting you know that payment has been processed successfully.
4. Pick up your order.
Finally, it’s time to pick up your order! Arrive at our farm on your scheduled day and time. Drive down the long lane and pull up to the glass garage door on the concrete pad.
THURSDAYS & FRIDAYS are self-help pick up. Watch for signs - you’ll see a chrome rack with lots of red bags on it. Locate your order on the rack - it will be in a red insulated bag with your nametag on it. The tag also tells you the # of bags/boxes are with your order.
Transfer your items to your own cooler or vehicle.
Put any ice packs in the provided ice pack bins.
Place the cardboard dividers in the provided box.
Throw away any trash, including your nametag.
Return the red bag by placing it back on the rack.
On SATURDAYS, we offer curbside pick up. Our team will be there to greet you and offer you hot coffee! A staff member will bring your order out and load it directly into your car. You are also welcome to park and hang out with us for awhile!
Policies
Cancelling an Order
Customers can edit/cancel their order by logging into their account anytime during the open ordering timeline (Monday 10am - Sunday 11pm).
Cancelling after the order deadline:
We understand that sometimes customers need to cancel their orders. With that said, we ask for understanding of the work happening on our end. Our crew works diligently to prepare and assemble each order. Frozen meat weights are recorded; dairy products, fresh produce, and baked goods are pre-ordered as per individual custom orders.
Please avoid cancelling your order unless absolutely necessary. If it is unavoidable, we can honor a cancellation request by refunding your order, minus a $30 restocking fee.
Unable to pick up your order:
In the event that you’re unable to pick up your order during the designated pickup time, please contact your host immediately to make alternate pickup arrangements. The host’s contact information is listed on your order confirmation email. If needed, feel free to ask friends or family members to pick up your order for you. If alternate pickup arrangements are not made with the host within 24 hours, it will be considered abandoned and will default to the host.
Payment
The total amount due is charged to customers’ primary payment method on Wednesday (on the same week of delivery or pick up). Please keep your payment methods current and remove unused cards.
You will get an email notice if your payment fails; if this happens please reach out immediately to complete the payment.
Unpaid orders may not be picked up and may result in termination of membership privileges.

My schedule has changed and I can’t pick up my order. Can I arrange an alternate pickup time?

Can I show up on Saturday morning and shop straight from your farm?
Short answer - no. We do not have a public storefront. All orders must be placed online ahead of time. While we do keep many of our products in stock on site, some are custom ordered each week. Ordering ahead of time means that we do not have to handle any payment at farm pickup - everything is pre-paid, making the process streamlined and efficient.
