Orders MUST be placed in advance. Orders are due by Sunday at 11 PM and delivered on Thursdays and Fridays.

How to Order for CHICAGO SUBURBS DELIVERY
1. Create your account.
Click HERE to create an account. Our Membership Package allows you to purchase all of our products and costs $35/year.
2. Choose a Location.
Choose a pickup location that is most convenient for you. If the pick up time doesn't coordinate with your schedule, but it's the only site near you, please contact us and let us know.
3. Place your order.
Add your desired products to your cart! Please read the product descriptions carefully. Click on the “more info” tab to see additional info and ingredients. Your order is not placed until you click “Continue” and “Finish.” You will receive an order confirmation email with the ESTIMATED price within 30 seconds of placing your order. If you do not receive this email, your order did not get placed.
ALL ORDERS ARE DUE THE SUNDAY BEFORE THE PICKUP DATE. You can log in and edit your order until the final order deadline on Sunday at 11 pm.
4. Pay for your order.
Your card will not be charged until the Wednesday before the pickup. Be sure to have a working card on file with sufficient funds. You’ll receive another email letting you know that payment has been processed successfully.
5. Pick up your order.
Finally, it’s time to pick up your order! Bring your own insulated bag or cooler. Arrive at your pickup location (you will receive an email with the exact address) sometime between the pickup hours. We deliver your order to the pickup locations, carefully packed in insulated totes. We then organize the totes in alphabetical order on racks - usually outdoors or in a garage.
Please respect our hosts by following these guidelines:
Locate your order. It will be in a red cooler bag with a nametag on it. The tag also tells you how many bags/boxes you have.
Transfer your items to your own cooler or vehicle.
Put any ice packs in the provided ice pack bins.
Place the cardboard dividers in the provided box.
Throw away any trash, including your nametag.
Return your red bag to where you found it.
Be sure to check your order receipt to ensure you have all your products. If anything is missing, please contact the location host before leaving. If the host is unavailable, email info@vintagemeadows.farm and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Policies
Cancelled/Unpaid Orders
After an order is place, you can delete it at any time - up until the final order deadline. Or email our office at info@vintagemeadows.farm by Sunday evening at the very latest. After that, your order is locked in and can no longer be cancelled. Our crew works diligently to prepare and assemble each order. Frozen meat weights are recorded; dairy products, fresh produce, and baked goods are pre-ordered as per individual custom orders.
Payment
The total amount due is charged to customers’ primary payment method on Wednesday (on the same week of delivery or pick up). Please keep your payment methods current and remove unused cards. You will get an email notice if your payment fails; if this happens please reach out immediately to complete the payment. Unpaid orders will not be delivered and may result in termination of membership privileges.
Please note: Multiple requests to cancel AFTER Sunday evening may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your membership.

When will I receive the address for my pickup location?
The address will be in your email inbox. Check your order confirmation email or the delivery notification email, which is sent the day of.
How do I know my order actually got placed?
Check your email inbox. You will receive an order confirmation email with the ESTIMATED price within 30 seconds of placing your order. If you do not receive this email, your order did not get placed. Be sure to check Spam as well.
How do I cancel my order?
If the order deadline is passed, you are unable to do it on your own. Email info@vintagemeadows.farm.
I’m missing product(s) from my order.
Your first step should be to double check all of your bags (you’d be surprised at how many times the missing product is just hiding!). Then, contact the pickup location host.
If the host is unable to locate your missing product, email info@vintagemeadows.farm, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
