We are so excited for 2025. This is the year we’re moving to our newly renovated facility. We’re serving more customers than ever. We are bountifully blessed, and we’re passing it on.
In 2025, we are celebrating TEN YEARS of the Vintage Meadows buying club!
Are you all ready to CELEBRATE with us this year? Let’s do it! We wanted to share a few updates from around the farm. This community is beautiful, diverse, and thriving. Our desire is to continuing cultivating it, and we can’t do that without you. We invite you to join us in 2025, and one way you can do that is by reading on!

NEW POLICY: Cancelled Orders
We wanted to share our policy update regarding cancelled orders. Customers can still edit/cancel their order by logging into their account anytime during the open ordering timeline (Monday 10am - Sunday 11pm). Orders cancelled after the order deadline will be refunded; however, the customer will be charged a $30 restocking fee. Click the expanders to read our official policy:

We understand that sometimes customers need to cancel their orders after the deadline. With that said, we ask for understanding of the work happening on our end. Our crew works diligently to prepare and assemble each order. Frozen meat weights are recorded; dairy products, fresh produce, and baked goods are pre-ordered as per individual custom orders.
Please avoid cancelling your order unless absolutely necessary. If it is unavoidable, we can honor a cancellation request by refunding your order, minus a $30 restocking fee.

In the event that you’re unable to pick up your order during the designated pickup time, please contact your host immediately to make alternate pickup arrangements. The host’s contact information is listed on your order confirmation email. If needed, feel free to ask friends or family members to pick up your order for you.
We understand life happens. However, once an order has been delivered, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund at that point.
If alternate pickup arrangements are not made with the host within 24 hours of delivery, it will be considered abandoned and will default to the host.
UPDATE on Accepting New Members
As many of you know, Vintage Meadows paused new member signups at the beginning of December. Due to unprecedented growth and interest, we made that decision to ensure we could continue to deliver the best service and quality products to our existing customers. As of right now, our new member signups are still paused, and the interest in our farm has not slowed down.
As we move into 2025, Vintage Meadows is focused on 100% sustainability. We desire to develop sustainable systems, product offerings, and growth. Throughout 2024, the interest in our products way outpaced our ability to grow sustainably. Now, we are working on solutions that honor our customers, vendors, and employees, keeping our vision and values at the forefront. To our current customers, your loyalty, understanding, and support do not go unappreciated. We want to honor you and prioritize your access to the products you seek.
In the spirit of transparency, we do not know when we will begin accepting new members. Every day, we move closer to a solution. Our vision is loving people through the place of Vintage Meadows. Every part of who we are is designed to honor the people we come in contact with. Thank you for being here as we continue this process. We couldn’t do this without you!
